Gold Trails and Ghost Towns

I’m pleased to be allowed to post stories and pictures on the above site found on Facebook. They have a large fan base of over 100,000 and are dedicated to keeping the stories and memories of Bill Barlee alive. My connection, of course, is the story of the lost gold bars of Camp McKinney which Bill spoke of. The administrators have allowed me to use their platform as a method of mentioning my book for which I am grateful. I will still post here but likely post more frequently on their site. If you haven’t checked their site out and the other ones connected to it, please do. It’s well managed with so much BC history to explore.

About James

As a semi-retired senior, I researched the story of the lost gold bars of Camp McKinney. My years in agriculture allowed me to comfortably search the rugged BC forest uncovering valuable clues over the years. Although I have paid a high cost for my unwavering search, I have once again seen the magick and power in nature.
