T W Paterson

While I have stated that Bill Barlee and Garnet Basque have greatly inspired my quest and resolve, I need to add Thomas Paterson to my list of respected BC historians and authors. The man has written a considerable amount of historical items with great accuracy. I inspect his work whenever I’m looking for suitable material and appreciate the work he’s done. Only recently I found a copy of his “Encyclopedia of Ghost Towns and Mining Camps of British Columbia” from 1981. Volume Two of a three-volume set the work is very informative. The works of these three writer greatly assists anyone interested in BC’s historic past.

About James

As a semi-retired senior, I researched the story of the lost gold bars of Camp McKinney. My years in agriculture allowed me to comfortably search the rugged BC forest uncovering valuable clues over the years. Although I have paid a high cost for my unwavering search, I have once again seen the magick and power in nature.
