Forrest Gumps’ mother may have been partly right comparing life’s diversity with the unknown selection of chocolate assortments.  As we age another saying can be included with the mysteries of life….. life is like a roll of toilet paper – the closer we get to the end the quicker it goes!

Sixty-three years young, the exciting days of treasure hunting in summer filled my thoughts and pushed me forward.  By the process of elimination each trip held the potential to be the last.  Packing and unpacking the chev became a very familiar routine.  Again I put off all other past times and routines to greedily pursue my passion, to chase a destiny.

As host country of the World Cup, Brazil became prominent on the world stage, exciting games of soccer competition held for the viewing pleasure of all.  Brazil also held the second highest visits by country to this blog.  Twenty-four countries thus far have shown on the Word Press tracking system.  My apologies have been offered to all who waited patiently for a successful conclusion.  The closer to the end, the more care had to be taken with my writings.
